"Gorgeous lunch unfortunately my husband tested positive so couldn't go but when I explained to the waitress she said they don't normally do takeaways on a Sunday. "Went for an evening meal with a couple of friends. Staff friendly, food lovely, restaurant is clean. Only reason for 4 stars is staff just automatically kept the change from my bill as a tip. It was £16 which is a lot to assume. We had to ask for the change back and they had no idea how much it was, which also seemed strange. Other than that, nice local restaurant and I will return. On a separate note, the Sunday dinner is delicious. Portions are huge and you get loads of meat! We get a Sunday dinner delivered quite regularly."

"now, where can I begin to stay a fantastic place, from too foot in we loved everything about the lambton worm we got our room key and we were in the crystal room, which beautiful rooms impeccable and very comfortable betten we went to the bare raw selection of craft bier I had the milk stout smooth drink beautiful taste then we had the 2 curs Sunday evening we had an amazing one. we went to breakfast and there was a great selection of continental breakfast items and a complete English breakfast, which is a teller full as they receive this for the price they calculate, beyond believe we will definitely stay again and stay more than 1 night thanks to them very much for the service john and sue of preston x"

"Booked a table, pleased we did because it was really busy! We were greeted at the door where there was hand sanitiser and a member of staff took our details for track and trace. Cocktails were buy one get one free so I couldn't resist. We got the 2 courses for 12.99 including a drink. We got hallumi fries and nachos to start, they brought the kids pizza and chips with our starters which was a good call as they were boiling hot. Mains we got the chicken surf and turf and the chicken stir fry. Hubby enjoyed his surf and turf, my stir fry was a little lack lustre, it was more like par boiled veg and a tiny bit of chicken in an average tomato sauce (that tasted like hubby's prawns had been in the same pan). It was OK but boiling hot and took ages to cool to a decent temperature due to being in the skillet. The chips were the best bit. £32.50 (eat out to help out) for 4 mains, 2 starters, 2 soft drinks,1.5 pints of lager and 2 cocktails. 8/10 only because my meal was just OK, will return but will choose something else off the menu."
