"Don't expect a touristy restaurant in the slightest. Not to put those restaurants down, but this restaurant was clearly of a different flavor. Of all the places we ate in Seville, this was my favorite— yet I came in with the smallest expectations. We were definitely the only tourists here, but don't let that disuade you from visiting this gem. The waiters were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable though it may have helped that we spoke to them in Spanish. Although the menu is entirely in Spanish, I believe they know a fair bit of English as well, so don't worry about the language barrier (but do try! . The place itself is very unassuming, looking like any old bar in Spain. The place was nearly empty when we entered (around 8pm? , but by the time we left it was completely filled with locals. All families, so do expect it to get loud. Not a problem in my book. As for the food, I took their recommendations and had something similar to a tortilla española with bacalao. I can't recall the name of the dish, but it's one of their specialties with bacalao. I normally don't like fish, but you could have told me it didn't have any and I'd believe it. It was out of this world. Screw tortilla española—this is the completely upgraded version of it. I also ordered the musaka (moussaka which was incredible. So, again, don't expect a restaurant thay caters to tourists like all the others on trip advisor. This is a Spanish restaurant through and through. If what matters most to you is excellent food and service, then look no further. It's within walking distance from the Palacio Andaluz flamenco show (which is also worthwhile , so do check it out if you're in the area. Hell, try it regardless of where you're staying in Seville. I can't think of a restaurant more deserving of your patronage. I will absolutely return every time I'm in Seville. Thanks to the chefs and all involved in this restaurant. You're the best!"

Un lugar muy recomendable para degustar tapas a un buen precio. Las berenjenas fritas de otro mundo, y algo tan simple como las patatas fritas también. La mussaka excelente y de productos frescos, si volvemos por sevilla volveremos sin duda.

El valor y la importancia de las cosas sin alharacas. Agradabilisima experiencia. Excelente calidad-precio-atención. En el barrio de San Julián, fuera de circuitos turísticos. Para tapear y comer sin empujones ni masificación. Un tesoro de los productos y la gastronomia de la tierra.

Muy rica la comida y buenas tapas, sin los precios inflados de la zona hipster. El único fallo que puedo ponerle es que nos sacaron todas las tapas a la vez. Musaka y secreto, riquísimo. I am really impressed with this place. There are only 3 guys running it. My family just ate here a few minutes ago. We had the beef with mustard sauce, codfish with carmelized onions, grouper with eels, pink fish with lemon, and grilled cuttlefish. Even though we had a language barrier, the food was delicious, the presentation was very classy, and prices very reasonable. Love it!

Muy buen sitio para comer de tapas. La localización no es muy bonita pero para comer es práctico. El camarero buena gente y rápido, la carta muy variada y buenos precios y la comida riquísima. El pulpo bien hecho, el lagarto ibérico igual, así como la ensaladilla y las berenjenas. Las bolas de foie muy ricas pero la tapa era pequeña, en comparación a las otras. Repetiría sin duda, nos gustó mucho!
