"My wife and I were sitting at the bar and we had what we called the best sushi we ever had. We come from FL, USA, so we eat sushi and fish regularly. We had the Salmon Avocado roll and it tasted fresh, it was creamy and balanced. Sitting at the bar and watching the cooking team all dishes together in the cleanest environment just added to the experience and made us appreciate our meal more. The Miso soup was great and they treated us to two shots of chupitos We had the plum wine that was fantastic. I'd like to come back and I wouldn't hesitate to bring someone. A word of advice."

Respondió las dudas sobre mis alergias y recomendó a mi amigo la mejor cerveza o el mejor tipo de pizza. "Huge thanks to the team at El Librero for two excellent meals this week. Highly recommend both the vegetable and mushroom paellas (both are vegan). Excellent flavour, good portion size and very fair price at €14.80pp. We liked that each paella is one person sized, so you don't have to share as at most other places. We also enjoyed several vegan tapas and all were good. It's clearly a busy spot for locals as well as visitors a good sign. Vegan options marked on menu. No non dairy milk but the coffee at Detribu across the street comes highly recommended. Pleasant and helpful service despite being so busy there was a queue for tables out the door. Two vegan fruit options for dessert. Overall highly recommend!"

Masa finísima, recién amasada y con ingredientes naturales y , aún teniendo una variedad de pizzas a la carta, puedes crearla a medida según los ingredientes del día. "We had dinner in Abantal and chose the cooking menu of 9 courses including wine. To make a long story short, they earn a place in my Top 5 (and eat weekly outdoors). Well, good food. Especially the sea bass with orange and cauliflower... My God, so good! The service was great. We were treated on the cooking table, looking at the kitchen, where full control and “we know what we do” is the atmosphere... If I have to give some tips: 1. In the menu there is “Snacks”. I'd call it amuse! 2. Sherry and sherry wines, I know I am in Spain, will not always receive well outside Spain. Just be aware. Thx again for a great evening and great inspiration! John"
