Wirklich fantastische, fantasievolle Burger und viele Extras vom Gin über leckere Schokokuchen bist einfach aber super tollem Brot. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Der Inhaber erklärt die Produkte (und die evtl. noch werden sollen) sorgfältig, hinter der Glasscheibe wird sorgfältig gegrillt, die selbstgemachten Speisen, Brote, Kuchen und Gin sind sehr schmackhaft. Bestellung und Bezahlung erfolgen gleich am Eingang, bei Trinkgeld jauchzen die Jungs laut. Ein stimmiges Konzept.

Today I was a guest at David Golia. The menu was a bit clearer today, but the burger was very juicy and well seasoned. The Pommes were okay. Although the locality is very close to the center, you can sit there well and the barbecue master (inhaber? was very simple and attentive. The prices were absolutely fine for the central location.

Derzeit öffnen sehr viele neue Burger Restaurants, auch im kleinen Darmstadt.Die Mehrzahl davon habe ich probiert, doch meist mit wenig Begeisterung.Heute war ich im David & Goliath.Ich war ein wenig früh dort, doch gerne wurde meine Bestellung aufgenommen. Ein Bacon Cheeseburger. Wenige Augenblicke wurde ein sehr schmackhafter Burger serviert. Im Anschluss gab es noch Reinigungstücher. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis!Netter und sehr aufmerksamer Service und super leckere Burger. Das kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen. Tip Top!Übrigens, für die Kenner gibts hier auch Dry Aged Beef, als Steak oder für den Burger. Auch die Salate sehen toll aus

I have passed this restaurant many times but only recently had the chance to try them out. Firstly my hamburger, I had ordered the Dry Aged Beef one and it tasted good and very beefy. You can also say how you would like your burger cooked i.e medium etc.The choices of buns, fillings and the two house made dips were also very good. My sweet potato fries were excellent. Given it's summer I sat outside, the chairs are very very uncomfortable. Menus are on the tables but you have to find out by accident that you can only order inside. Not really sure if this now the best hamburger restaurant ? They do have a different menu to other similar places with steaks and sausages.

David und Goliath zeichnet sich durch extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter, das liebevoll selbstgemachte Essen sowie die offene und herzliche Art aus.Dry Aged Beef, Gin, Bier, Brot, Soßen, Brötchen etc ist alles hausgemacht und das zu fairen Preisen.Die Jungs punkten durch ihre offene witzige und freundliche Art.Beim Trinkgeld wird gemuht und das Angebot reicht von Burgern über Hot Dogs bis hin zu Salaten.Als Beilage u.a.Süßkartoffel Pommes (unbedingt die eigene Trüffelmajo dazu) oder Krautsalat.Zum Nachtisch wird oft der hauseigene Schoko-Gewürzkuchen gereicht.Es gibt Burger und Hot Dogs der Woche.Die Jungs denken sich immer wieder was neues ein.Mein Freund und ich kommen regelmässig her und sind...

We loved everything about this place; the extremely welcoming staff, the excellent burgers, free gin and desserts! Why the free gin shots? Not sure but the concept, coupled with delicious food, makes for a fun night. Everything is made in house here (including the ketchup, the only thing I didn't like). Be sure to make a reservation and then announce your arrival and go get your food inside. Leave a tip and be rewarded with a "mooo" from the staff!
