beautiful building, but unfortunately we didn't taste so good. the broth with the citizen was not tasted, the patti with the vegetarian citizen was completely wabbelig, the flesh did not taste, the sose was salted, the bratkartoffeln were completely without salt, which was dessert was tasteful also only ok. also it came only after almost two hours waiting lukewarm on our table. drinks would partly forget and partly not filled to the calf. very bad, we really enjoyed the evening in the gisthövel! of us therefore unfortunately there is no recommended.

in the oldest restaurant of ahlen is now the geisthövel 2.0 . in the inner harmonize old and new well with each other and make it very cozy . in a part is now the distille.The menu is manageable but offers a good choice. price we are here in the middle area. the service was very friendly and tried. the burgers were tastefully very good and plentiful. I can recommend the burger with fresh pineapple -very delicious. the burger “distille” also arrived well at the conclusion a dessert:white mousse with lemoncurd very tasty so we will definitely go to dinner again here

we visited this restaurant in the frame of our holiday before a week. actually a reservation is useful, but we had luck and were allowed to stay spontaneous. I now have the joyful drinkings that some seem excessive, but for us it was a very special experience. so that at least I have to repeat. the welcome by the restaurant team was very welcome. Wir haben vor einer Woche dieses Restaurant im Rahmen unseres Urlaubes besucht. Eigentlich ist eine Reservierung sinnvoll, aber wir hatten Glück und durften spontan hier verweilen. Mir kommen jetzt noch die Freudentränen, was Manchen vielleicht übertrieben erscheint, aber für uns war es ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Solch eines, welches ich zumindest unbedingt wiederholen muss. Schon die Begrüßung durch das Restaurantteam war immens willkommend. Solch eine Freundlichkeit bin ich nicht gewohnt. Die Speisekarte ist modern, auch klassisch, Crossover.
