"the dal fabbro is also after many years for me the reference of an Italian restaurant. friendly, professional service, which meets the right ton and can also distinguish whether you are celebrating with family and friends an abandoned evening or a business date on which the visit is made. Feeding and drinks are classic Italian cuisine, but on the big day card you will find always unusual - usually Sicilian - specialties, so that even more frequent visits always offer. impeccable wee card with big and small weeping, to find something for everyone. The dal fabbro is still a garant for me for a relaxed evening and kuliniarian pleasure."

eating is very good, the location is good, the wine card is decent. pavel is an extraordinary waiter. ask for the san Daniele ham. they have cut it on a vintage charm in the corner of the restaurant. many respected natives enjoy their meal here. Voir le carte

the best of this local is its location - everything else is at best cut. the vitello tonnato quite taste-free, the garnelen mehlig and in a very boring sauce. the broth too hard or too much roasted. very friendly staff; but with strong focus on masters. I don't think I'm gonna be there...

at our various visits we have always tasted well. The card is complemented by daily dishes, which are not available to mecker. The offered weine were always suitable. The prices are a bit luxuriant, but also the situation may be due. Also like the "Schicki factor" you buy this in barenese now.

... or just stand out with masters!? no warning! I was there two times in a row and I'm already a little disappointed. neither the food nor the service have swept me so properly from the stool - especially in relation to the raised trips. I like to pay good money - but not for an average eating at felt bored service. very pity - I live in bare and have heard so far only lobeshymns. Maybe I'll try again in a few months. but at the moment I am through with this Italian.

we were there for the first time. also with fully equipped restaurant very attentive, never stressed-looking staff who knew to maintain the correct balance between easy-friendly and polite-distant. as already described, masters have been welcomed in an overwhelming manner without neglecting as newbies. Eating very well, also sharing things without problems. a second spoon was unquestioned for sharing. prices: barely flat, but appropriate to the pleasant ambiente and the quality.

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
