"We had one of our best ever Valentine's day experiences at the Crown at Peopleton! My husband and I were made to feel very special and welcome by the attentive team. Many thanks go to Chef Amy for her delicious food! We were seated by a crackling log fire in the beautiful and tastefully decorated traditional thatched pub. I enjoyed butterflied prawns in cajun mayonnaise, steak cooked to perfection and crisp and fluffy chips for mains followed by profiteroles in white chocolate sauce. My husband devoured halloumi fries, homemade lasagna and lemon tart to finish. It was all excellent value for money and we will be returning! Our table was decorated in Valentine's theme heart confetti, with red roses and love hearts sweets as favours. All lovely, fun attention to detail that made our Valentine's day very romantic and memorable. Thank you so much! Hannah and Edwin"

We were really impressed by the beautiful selection of real ales. There were ten of us, and we ordered a large platter of sandwiches. Everyone was amazed by the chips—they were large, thick, and wonderfully fluffy. The service was excellent, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, and the service remained excellent throughout the evening. Since it was Valentine's night, our table was beautifully decorated, and the meal was outstanding.
