Lovely cooked English breakfast, probably the best I've ever had at a decent price. Female member of staff that served me was nice welcoming.

Stopped for lunch as it was a lovely day. We each had a salad, I tried the local crab salad which was really fresh and worth the small price I paid. Very authentic pub on the marina and friendly staff. Would recommend trying it.

I can thoroughly recommend this pub/restaurant.I went for a meal and drinks with my friends. The food was superb, such a great choice on the menu and the service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and there was such a lovely atmosphere in the pub. 5* service.

We went for Sunday roast after reading the rave reviews, I can say it was average, the beef was of the pre sliced chewy tasteless variety as opposed to freshly carved. Plenty of food on the plate so no complaints there. Puddings were just ok, wouldn’t return but it was really busy so plenty of people must really enjoy it! Voir le carte

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Tonia was amazing at helping organise our works Xmas meal. The Monkfish curry was out of this world, as were the Moules and fish and chips. It was mega busy being a Friday night in December, but the staff were all really cheery, the service was quick and everyone had a great time. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time here last weekend for a joint birthday party. We hired the function room for the evening, and the venue, service and atmosphere were incredible! We had a delicious buffet, which was very tasty and there was so much food! All the staff were brilliant, however, a big special shout out to Yanah who was so friendly, smiley and very lovely! She is a credit to the Crown and Anchor, thank you so much for a fab evening! :

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. They offer well-maintained ale, a good variety of wines, and delicious food. The seafood stew stood out as a highlight, but I also really enjoyed the pigs in blankets and mash. I didn't try the Sunday roasts this time, but I've heard great things about them in terms of portion size and taste. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. Voir le carte
