Crowborough Cross - Carte

It's part of the Wetherspoon chain, so we knew what to expect. The food arrived promptly, it was hot, cooked, tasty and cheap. We sat indoors, but there's plenty of outdoor seating as well. Typical Wetherspoon menu and decor.

This restaurant has everything you could want. There are plenty of seating options in different areas to choose from. The staff is very pleasant, from taking your order to checking in on you. The fish and chips are top-notch. I highly recommend this place.

This was a meeting of retired people who had worked and known each other for over 50 years. The location was chosen as one of our friends is not in the best of health and this pub is central. It;s the best Wetherspoons I have visited, spacious, clean, fresh, good service and good food. Well worth a visit. Voir le carte

This restaurant is incredibly dirty. Upon entering through the main front doors and turning left up the stairs, the fabric chairs upstairs are unbelievably filthy. They are not just stained, but soiled to the point of disgust. It is off-putting and makes one question the overall cleanliness of the establishment. In the daylight, the chairs look as if they have been discarded at the bottom of a canal. It is truly repulsive.

A freehouse thatbcan serve anything.. anything... and they have Greedking shine and Doombar..!! Have you any idea how many.grrat breweries there are locally in Sussex and Kent?? Totally disappointed. A pub is first for been not food. Your beet choices needs a review. Drop the mass produced 'daily mail ' rubbish a and stock local county ales I recommend Kent Brewery Prohibition and Sussex Gilt Trip.. you 'll make.more profit ....

Ordered an ice cream and drink, seems they can mess that up! supposed to have chocolate sauce, I thought maybe she left it of because i asked if the Wi-Fi worked, only to get a surely response of depends . Any way, it seems they don 't have any. Take it off the menu if you are selling Belgium chocolate ice cream. She then proceeded to make out it was my fault as it says on the app they don 't have anyway. I literally popped into the pub this afternoon for a quick half pint with my terrier dog then to go and sit in the garden for half an hour. I was just looking at the beer pumps on the bar when I was told, without even a polite excuse me (presumably by somebody who works there) I wasn 't allowed in the pub with my dog. This is the first time in my life I have been told I and my dog weren 't welcome at the bar in a pub. If it was the dining room I could understand but at the bar and then to go outside ?! Really?! There is no parking available unless you are a local and know where to find it, so make sure to do your research before visiting. The restaurant is similar to a Wetherspoons, so there are no surprises there. Luckily, we didn't have to search for a free table, which was a relief. We visited on an overcast Monday afternoon, the first time in about 30 years. Our order was taken promptly and our food arrived quickly. I was involved I was out with friend in crowborough cross on Friday 14th July 2023 which is weatherspoons and I was called specky c by nasty young guy who I don’t know who he was he was with a nasty girl I knew, my head ended up going though the window not one member of spoons staff at crowborough cross gave me tissue for my bleeding head, I ended up going crowborough minor unit on Monday 17th July 2023 and she confirmed I had broken shoulder and I attended my local hospital to see consultation on my shoulder and he advised me I would need metal plate in my shoulder due to injury and the operation would be this week, I have contacted weatherspoons and Sussex police have said the CCTV is blur...
