"My wife and I spent several nights at this restaurant over the weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, simple yet stylish, with a large comfortable bed and even a coffee maker so we could enjoy real coffee instead of the usual instant hotel coffee. Although I prefer showers, the free standing bath was so luxurious that I could have soaked in it for hours. The continental breakfast was the perfect start to our day, with cereal, coffee, and fresh croissants that were just the right amount to fuel us for a day of walking without feeling too heavy. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, so much so that we ended up eating there multiple times, even twice in one day. The Sunday roast with all the trimmings was incredible, and the burger I had in the evening was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying their food! Paired with some delicious ales, I never wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we had to but I am already looking forward to planning my next trip back."

"I highly recommend this restaurant! I have been coming here since they first opened. The food is always fresh and of good quality, very tasty with perfect portion sizes. The cocktails are consistently great. I visited on Tuesday, May 21st, for a cocktail with my husband and once again, this amazing restaurant did not disappoint. The service from all the staff and management is friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure the best dining experience. I sometimes order for takeout and the quality is just as good. My favorite dish on the menu is the truffle arancini. I hope it makes a comeback as it wasn't available the last time I ordered a month ago. If you are looking for a restaurant, look no further!"

"We were invited out for a gathering of friends to have a little shindig for Christmas tonight. We had never visited the Three Little Pigs before and it's quite an experience! An amazingly eclectic collection of haberdashery all around the place. Plenty of friendly and well trained staff on to cater for the customers, no queues at the bar and the carvery line was well monitored too make sure that you weren't standing waiting in a massive line. The food was of really good quality and their allergen knowledge seemed really good too. If the young waitress wasn't sure, she went straight to the kitchen to find out for us. The food was lovely and we were not rushed or pushed for extras. All in all a superb evening! We all went home stuffed like a big bad wolf that ate 2 of 3 pigs!"

"My family and I decided to stop in for a meal at this restaurant. The food wasn't terrible, but it seemed like it may have been microwaved. However, my main issue was with the staff. I overheard the manager and the barmaid badmouthing other employees in the bar area, which was unprofessional. Their conversation focused on a data breach, and it was clear that the manager needs more training to handle such situations in a more competent manner. The barmaid/waitress slammed our plates down in front of us, grunted, and then went back to gossiping. It felt like a scene out of a soap opera. The food was just okay, but the unprofessional and toxic atmosphere made it hard to enjoy. Customers come to unwind, not to listen to toxic conversations. I would recommend anyone training in hospitality to visit this place as a "hospitality for dummies" learning experience."

"The only positive thing that can be said about this evenings experience, is that the temperature of the food was good. From the point of placing the telephone order, we were met with poor customer service, with the gentleman on the phone being very clearly disinterested in any kind of welcome or friendly interaction, in fact he was rude. We were told 45 minutes to wait, which was fair for a Saturday evening. So we rocked up, and we waited, and we waited, and we waited some more. No interaction, no apology, nothing. He then took the payment and so we were full of anticipation, but still we waited. Finally we received our order, about an hour and a half after making the call, so double the time expected. And you wouldn’t mind, if there was at least some friendly customer service, an update, and an apology, but nothing was forthcoming. The food was not great either, so a customer lost."
