"On Sunday, we visited Loddon where we found free parking in the car park near the memorial. We took a walk through the village towards the river and ended up at a pub where we enjoyed some delicious BBQ food. Sitting outside, we watched the kids play in the swing area, which they absolutely loved. The garden felt like a sun trap during lunchtime as we ordered a variety of meals from the BBQ menu for both kids and adults, all of which were tasty. We tried different types of fries, burgers, ribs, and baguettes. Additionally, we were pleased to find that this place is dog-friendly."

So much fun. Simply excellent. Really friendly staff and locals. Play pool and chat, you'll get a great reception and insight to the Broads and Norfolk in general.

Unfortunately there was no food available but I can’t fault the pub itself. Very dog friendly, a really nice outside area and extremely nice staff. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Very local old fashioned pub. Very friendly, drinks very reasonably priced. Large beer garden. Live music at weekends. Pool table and darts available. We didn't have any food

Went for a beer didn’t stay long as a group of lads were quite loud using the odd bit of bad language so I wouldn’t go again, we ended up the road in the Swan which was more relaxing Voir le carte

We were moored in Loddon so booked a table at the kings head, they were very friendly and accommodating, food was really well cooked and presented. Would highly recommend. They even cooked some sausages for our dog.

The staff at this restaurant are very welcoming and provide excellent service! We stopped in for a few drinks and games of pool, and enjoyed some great music from the jukebox. Barmaid Paula was incredibly friendly! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to everyone! 11/10 rating!

This Pub is fantastic and welcoming. The outdoor area is great and has covering for shade. It's a perfect spot for live music and is family-friendly. Conveniently located near the 24-hour mooring. The owner has done an excellent job transforming the former car park into an outdoor seating area with a large TV for sports. Voir le carte

What a truly lovely pub to visit Paula the bar lady was so so pleasant and very helpful and made my vist there so comfortable and relaxing the beer garden is great for children with loads of room and the staff go out off their ways to help will definitely be visiting again very soon thanks again , paul and Roxy 07842967732

If you have a hankering for American style baby back ribs that melt in your mouth or plump juicy chicken wings that are tender and sumptuous...then this is the place for you. Happened across the King's Head on a boating holiday and are so pleased we stopped in. Friendly staff, decent prices, superb out door seating area. May move to Losdon just for this place!
