"We came here on Sunday for my Nan's birthday as a family of 7. We were mainly served by Dan (who was brilliant) with the occasional visit from the lovely waitress and the waiter with long, dark hair. I've described them because they really do deserve recognition for how wonderful their service is. We were greeted with a birthday card from the team for my nan, which was such a lovely touch, and attentive, warm and friendly service throughout. The food was fantastic. We had a mixture of the steak, chicken salad and fish pie. All perfect! The food is always good here. The apple dessert to share is by far the best dessert I've ever tried. My Nan has dementia and this restaurant is a safe place for us as it's familiar, consistently good, and even at its busiest it runs so smoothly that you don't realise just how busy they are. She was so relaxed, so happy and enjoyed every moment of it. Including the birthday plate and candle they brought out for her. I'm so grateful for how special the team made our Nan's birthday. Thank you so much!"

Unfortunately some of our party were served food that wasn't up to scratch, beef cheeks full of fat wasn't what was promised. Desserts and starters were wonderful.

We had a lovely anniversary meal at Côte, we were greeted with a lovely anniversary card and welcome drink and received excellent service from Dan throughout. The food was speedy and tasted amazing !

Appalling service. Several promises made and not delivered. We had to ask for both courses when they hadn't appeared after a long wait . More than half an hour for cold charcuterie ? Uncomfortably noisy.

We were a group of 6 celebrating and chose 6 different things off the menu. Food arrived perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. The relaxed surroundings were improved with the arrival of a saxophonist and we had a great brunch experience. Our waiter Conor handled our multiple requests with good humour and panache, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended
