Proper Italian food in the most beautiful setting. Great ski in ski out restaurant just off Red 2000. Fantastic wine list too. If you’re going to Sauze you have to go here.

Traditional Italian Rifugio just off the Red piste '2000 ', this is a wonderful restaurant. You need to book if you want a table in the sunshine (which you do), and you should go prepared to try everything. It 's all wonderful.

I don't think Ciao Pais is the place to go to grab a quick bite, I can't have a two or three course meal and hope to get down the mountain on skis! But if you want a longer lunch the menu looked really good. I had a bowl of carbonara which was lovely. It was very busy so you may have to book. Voir le carte

the enchanted mountain finds in this wonderful place its most successful photograph, which is complete with the delicious cuisine of jusi and with the warm welcome of myrko. the beautifully renovated interiors join a unique panorama both through the internal windows and directly on the beautiful valley. every time we return we would no longer want to leave, and we look forward to being again

I have visited this restaurant many times over last 10 years but sad to say this weeks experience was far from acceptable. Food as always was excellent but service was atrocious missed meals wrong meals in party of 9 guys no apologies extreme rudeness dirty plates left on table the whole time. And skidoo transport up mountain now ruthlessly added to the bill at €10 per head!! Wont be going back.

An absolutely superb experience. Kids (and adults) loved the snowmobile up to the restaurant. 10 Euros per person for this (return trip) was very reasonable. Stunning views of Sauze under the stars on the way back down. The restaurant looks great inside. The food was stunning, and very reasonably priced considering the quality. Service was superb, friendly, and generous thanks so much for the gift at the end of the meal. The rib of beef was wonderful. One of the best meals and restaurant experiences we have ever had. Really hope to be back one day. Maybe we will try and stay in one of the rooms next time. Voir le carte
