"Took a week away to go to Cornwall just out of season, we had just finished up at the Eden Project so decided to head to Charlestown where we came across this delightful food master piece! Had a sneaky review of the place first and after seeing people's reviews, thought, let's do this! Lovely lady that served us, so genuine and polite. Our table number was called out, we collected out fish finger sandwiches and chips.......... it was really good. It's simple food done well and the service is good. If you get the opportunity to visit Charlestown, then don't overlook this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

Super tasty, great location and extremely friendly. We were very happy with our fish sandwich and the prawns in garlic-chilli butter, both with chips. Not cheap though at £15 per meal. But you're sitting in a very nice place. We would choose to eat here again. That was the best fish and chips I've had in my life (and I've had a few). The batter is crispy. The fish was soft and flaky and perfectly cooked. Absoutely delicious and top notch. Tucking into our fish and chips in the open-air ambience of the harbour is very very hard to beat. And Dave, owner-chef was friendly and we had a nice chat. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
