"Fatal. Hour reserved 14.30. The only point. They take us at three. At three and a half we demand the drink. At four o'clock we demand the first dish. Some squids to the Roman past and full of oil and a scaly coke with flavorless shrimp and bad smell. Second a cold paella and a canelones without gratining. We asked for the account at 5.30. Not an apology. Nothing. We've gone four times because we're from the town and we're next to each other, but every time it's gone worse. We're not coming back anymore. ."

"Ristorante di classe, accogliente, comodo, romantico, servizio rapido con personale educato e fantastico. Consigliato specialmente per le coppie. Costi più bassi della media a Cortina. In foto: 1) Antipasto con crema di zucchina e ricotta fresca con riduzione di fichi. 2) Primo: Tagliatelle in guisa di ragù di selvaggina. 3) Secondo: Bocconcini di cervo brasati a bassa temperatura, su vellutata di polenta al taleggio. 4) Secondo: Guancia di vitello cotta dolcemente, con riduzione al vino rosso e verdure lesse. 5) Caffè con cioccolatini locali. Conto finale: 62€ a persona (in pratuca: antipasto pane locale a non finire primo piatto secondo piatto caffè con cioccolatini locali 50€, a me è venuto un po' di più perché ho preso due secondi piatti). Valutazione massima, straconsigliato anche per chi cerca qualcosa di economico in zona!"

"This was our restaurant of choice in Cortina. We tried to find a better one but could not. Came back here five times. Service of all the nice people working in here is great. They work fast and organised. Always taking care of everything. Time of waiting for dishes was round twenty minutes. Value for price was also great. What dishes we tried: Pastas. One with porcini mushrooms felt like home. A one with carbonara local twist and lovely dish. Pizzas. Buffolina light and melts in our mouth. Other few pizzas were also excelent. I don't remember the name but one with smoked meat and smoked salted fish was super interesting. The nuanced smokey flavours journey. Wines selection is good. Also all the bread snacks you get as an apetiser with it is a best starter for the evening if you ask me. Onion soup taken in four times enough said. Desserts. Icecream simple and nice. Creme catalana lovely rich creme brulle. Tiramisu very fine. Chocolate moose realy light as if your eating chocolate clouds. Panacota also light and soft."

"Our hotel recommended this place for local food. I so was looking forward to it but it appeared closed. Luckily we looked down the side street to find the real entrance. When we were seated, we noticed all of the other guests were Asian. I found this odd and asked about it. Turned out to be a tour group from Thailand. I was worried about our decision as we typically avoid restaurants on the tour circuit. We ordered a bottle of wine off their robust wine menu. A second American tour group was seated. Even more worried. The food arrived and it was fantastic. We can recommend the deer medallions with polenta (2nd best polenta of the trip) and the pasta filled with beet root and other goodies (it was amazing sweet, savory, salty, etc., all at once). Good service and reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend this restaurant in spite of the tour groups."

"The experience here is amazing. The food is all locally raised and grown. The husband and wife team are great and the staff are incredibly attentive. The chef’s tastings are incredible along with the homemade butter and bread. The key is to pace yourself. We had the vegetable dish and the char for the starter. The vegetable dish was good, but the char was amazing. For the first course we had the pino mugo spaghetti and the ravioli with duck. The duck was very good. The spaghetti was very good, but the aromatic flavor of the spaghetti was strong. Make sure this is what you like. The second course was the lamb and venison which were fantastic. For desert we had the apple desert with elderberry cream which was to die for. Lastly, the Sommelier was perfection in the wine pairings with each course. For those who love experiencing food this is a must eat place."
