the proposed vegan menu unfortunately does not compare with the traditional alternative. the dishes are very good, but little elaborate and original for the price you pay. the waiters are very kind and helpful and the magical place!

beautiful location in an ancient farmhouse with socializing outdoor spaces. regarding the fixed menu at 40€ wines excluded the food is good but the portions are very minimal with 2 starters, 1 first choice between two available, 1 second with contour, sweet. spending per capita 50€. kind staff but for me the price does not justify such a menu so poor for courses and quantity of food. I regularly go to this place and have to say that it is really great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they grow their own products, the place is beautiful, and they offer a complete vegan menu inspired by traditional dishes. We had three appetizers: pappa al pomodoro, a traditional Tuscan dish with wet bread in tomato sauce, the traditional “antipasto Piedmontese” (a cold ratatouille) and a delicate cold salad with vegetables and vegan mayonnaise. The restaurant was fantastic, with indoor and outdoor seats overlooking the hills and vineyards of the Alba countryside. You have a separate vegan plant-based menu, and you can order a vegan tasting menu with wine or individual items. They make their own home wines, including Arneis and a Barbera/Nebbiolo blend, as well as Amaro and Grappa. They also grow their own grains (cereali antichi) for pasta and use vegetables from their own garden. whereby premise: the place is wonderful, you eat well, excellent wines, care for details, vegan options studied and reasoned. It's all very nice but there's a but. lunch with friends, an important event, we are all adults and we just want to be together. We have that age when appearance no longer worries us. no, we are not drawn as going to a baptism but not even from coming down to throw the humid we share the room with two other groups, younger and decidedly more aesthetic and instagramable.
