"The real irony, is that we just returned from a 7 day vacation traveling through-out Italy and the best Italian pasta we have ever had is in Bitburg, Germany :-) The manager of the Leander Hotel in Bitburg recommended the Casa Del Manzo. I had a Hamburger on her recommendation. I make it a point not to have a hamburger when away from USA. Why would someone travel from USA and order an American meal? However, the Blue Cheese Hamburger was one of the best I have had any where in the world. So order the 3 Pasta meal and the Blue Cheese Hamburger. Oh, almost forgot, have the Tiramisu for dessert."

With a limited menu they focus on quality! Gnocchi was delicious! Ravioli was gone in a blink of an eye.. BBQ Pizza was perfect! Definitely will be back to try out the rest of the menu..

I can only agree with the other positive reviews. Absolutely recommended! We were welcomed very friendly even without reservation. The service was very nice and the food we will not forget so quickly!

The food was really excellent. A little tip. Please don't bring the main dish if the appetizer is still on the table. This makes the impression that guests want to finish as soon as possible. But otherwise very good! Voir le carte

Nice, cozy ambience with view to the half-open kitchen. The restaurant basically made a very well maintained impression. The food was delicious. With one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The appetizer. Bruschetta different. Very recommended!

We've been here since the reopening and never had a bad experience. The menu is interesting and seems to have a little different options, the other Italian restaurants, although they still offer the classics. They are pizza is delicious, especially the tomato sauce actually has a nice taste. We are very picky when it comes to burgers and have never been disappointed. The only thing is that the prices are a little too high to get only a burger, but do not contain any side. It would be great if there was a page of regular frits in the price. The best Italian place in bitburg!
