"A great little country pub with good ales and ciders, and traditional food at very reasonable prices. Staff are really friendly and there is a great atmosphere. It's not large so booking on busy days is recommended. CASH ONLY Vegetarian options: Only a couple of options for vegetarians, but they are tasty. Parking: The parking is just about sufficient for the number of seats in the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a VERY old building so doorways and passages are narrow with steps between levels. The staff are helpful and I'm sure will make every effort to fit a wheelchair user in if possible. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Breast Stuffed with Stilton and Wrapped in Bacon, Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free parking lot"

Fantastic local pub! It's a cash-only establishment, but the location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. You also get a wonderful view of the nearby church. Price per person: £20–30. Food: 4/5. Service: 4/5. Atmosphere: 5/5.

I had a fantastic lunchtime visit, with a cozy fire lit for us in the snug by the bar. The welcome was warm, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed the Butty Bach Wye Valley beer. It’s the perfect spot on a wet, cold day. Thank you! Price per person: £10–20. Recommended dish: Ham and Eggs.

Well after two other local pubs were shut during the day in August our 3rd and final local option was here, and it was definitely 3rd time lucky! We loved the rural setting and the traditional interior of this pub. The food... my god the food was perfect, a full traditional pub menu, missing litterally nothing we could think of, all cooked to perfection in big hearty portions! But the very best part is the people who run the pub, very friendly and very accommodating, talked to us lots and helped entertain our 7 month old baby boy. I cannot reccomend this establishment enough!

"Urgh, it’s a shame. You know when you go out and you think to yourself “I could have eaten way better food at home for a fraction of the price”? Then add in the total lack of any willing service and realise that’s why you never come to places like this. Food Ok, we were the first table of the day so the kitchen took a while to ‘get going’, but undercooked chips (yes edible but you know that firm ‘starchy’ texture when chips haven’t been cooked properly? That. All four plates of chips had that texture). We all had burgers and they were absolutely fine. Nothing really wrong there. Anyway, I’m all for supporting local business and we’d waited a while so didn’t want to send it all back..yep, very British of us. Service What? None really. The lady who greeted us gave off that air of not really giving a sh*t. She took our order, poured our drinks and brought our food. Offered us any sauces? Nope. Check that we liked our meal? Nope. Show any personality whatsoever? Nope…unless her personality is always ‘cold shoulder’ and ‘teen attitude’ (she was not a teen). There’s lots of good reviews of this place so I’ll have to assume she was having a bad day and the kitchen perhaps hadn’t warmed up yet. But it was such a ‘meh’ and disappointing way to spend our lunch time I don’t think we’ll bother returning. Sorry Pandy Inn..:we wanted to like it."
