"Went to Ca’Puccino for a late brunch with three other friends and three of us (myself included) are Italian. All of us ordered one of their freshly made juices which resulted in 3 different kind of juice (two of us ordered the same one). At this point, as we were sitting next to the bar counter, I clearly hear one of the waitresses speaking to the other in Italian and complaining ‘It’s four people, and they’ve ordered three different kind of juices!’. Then my friends’ food arrived (I didn’t order anything to eat), and let’s just say that their poached eggs could’ve easily been some plain hard boiled eggs with some hollandaise on top. I also started paying attention to what the waitresses would say when they spoke in Italian between them (quite loudly, since there was also no music in the restaurant), and I caught them complaining when a group of 5/6 people arrived. The above mentioned group must’ve arrived around 12:30/12:40, and they were sat at the table behind ours. They were also Italian and spoke in Italian with the waitress and we heard them ordering paccheri, bruschette and a carbonara (which were clearly not on the brunch menu). Since I hadn’t eaten anything, I decided to ask for the lunch menu, and when the waitress came back a good 5 mins later, she told me that I’d have to wait until 1pm for lunch (it was now somewhere around 12:50), but not even 3 min after that, the table behind us started receiving their bruschette. On top of this, nobody came to check whether everything was good with our food and they only took our plates away when we asked for our bill. The only reason why I’m giving it 2 points instead of one is because my juice was tasty."

We stopped for breakfast and enjoyed the great coffee and decent tea. The service was quick and we both received our freshly cooked breakfast in no time. Our server was efficient and friendly.

We have had the best coffee and blackforest cake. The service was good, Andreas was very attentive to the kind of coffee I was looking for and made sure it was customised to my requirements. Will visit again.

Had a late brunch here last weekend with friends and it was very nice. The omelette and coffee was yum very good and hot!!! My friends chose the custard croissants and cooked breakfast and all enjoyed it. The staff were nice too.

Coffee lovers should not miss out on this place. The variety of flavors from the best beans here is surprisingly amazing. Enjoy a perfect cup of coffee and relax in this welcome break from shopping. The cookies are also delicious.

Very nice place to go for breakfast. Good selection of foods, decent portion size. They bring the food out separately though which is a little awkward when you're with someone, also the coffee size is a bit small. Food was good though and reasonably priced. Lovely setting.

Came here at 12.30 when its only three tables with customers and had to wait 20minutes for the order to be taken. Only one waitress was serving on the floor and manager with the rest of the staff chatting in one corner. It is ridiculous to wait for two latte’s for more than 20 minutes. Avoid this place

Service was unbelievably slow. Only one girl serving. By the time our eggs benedict came (half hour wait) we'd drunk our tea but didn't risk another lengthy wait to ask for another. Asked for Ketchup, waitress went to take money from two people and then completely forgot. The food was fine but you could get it elsewhere with better service. Won't be back.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast. The service was very slow, with a long wait to place our order and an even longer wait for our food. We had already finished our drinks by the time the food arrived. The quality of the food was not great, with the fried eggs being extremely hard. Additionally, the prices were on the expensive side - £3.50 for a cup of tea.
