"This is my favorite bar, don 't tell the others. I don 't know if its the size of the inside, The awesome people who work there, the fact that they let my dog come inside, or that they don 't judge me for ordering my cappuccinos two at a time, but this is the one for me. If it is summer time, I am in there in the mornings with my dog and my boyfriend, drinking two cappuccinos and answering emails (or Yelping) on their wifi! YES WIFI (the password is placed under all the glass on the tables so you can get on it, too) A few words for english speakers and Starbucks aficionados: Latte: means milk, not coffee and milk. If you want coffee and milk, order Cafe Latte Cafe: is going to just be a shot of espresso Cappuccino: usually only enjoyed during morning hours, but it is what you think it is. Cappuccino Freddo: This is going to fill in for your iced coffee back home, some people don 't like hot coffee, so this is a cold cappuccino. The owner of this bar is also the owner of Taverna die Frati (a restaurant a small walk uphill) They have so many, and I really mean so many pastry options, like you might feel bewildered by what to get, but take your time and look through them all, you wont be disappointed."

We went there for breakfast, and got 2 cappuccinos and 2 cornettos con crema- 1 with a white chocolate filling and the other with hazelnut. Both were heavenly! Friendly staff too.

We stopped here for coffee and cakes after visiting the Orsini Castle. Service was really friendly and helpful and there was a great selection of cakes on display. I only managed 2 but we have another 6 days in town yet!

every time we visit soriano, we start here. we always have a cappuccino, a glass of fresh orange juice and a delicious bake. the staff is super friendly and fast and even learn their preferences. we recommend you to visit bar roma!

On an Italian Public Holiday the main square was busy with the locals out in force. We dropped in here to pick up some sandwiches for lunch and headed off to enjoy. There are a limited number of tables set out on the pathway and a few inside but we elected to enjoy our food elsewhere. With a selection of pastries as well as sandwiches and other hot snacks this is a lovely place to enjoy the local atmosphere.

Soriano is a little town of roughly 8,000 residents, but there is no shortage of bars cafes here. By last count, there are at least 10 bar/cafes, 3 pastry shops, 3 gelato shops, etc. etc. But a few of them are considered the standard Go To places of the town, and this is absolutely one of them. Located at the far end of the main piazza in Soriano, Bar Roma is a little bit of everything. In the morning, the counter is full of freshly baked pastries made in their own kitchen that morning. Crowds of locals gather here for their morning Cappuccino or Espresso with a pastry for breakfast as they get the day started. Moving into the late morning, this is a meet where people meet for a quick espres...
