Venid con mucho tiempo y un libro mientras os atienden, es que van por zonas y es normal que te quedes un cuarto de hora sin que te atiendan..

spectacular! We come from time to time but today we have noticed a very remarkable change in everything, impeccable service, very good food and we have served quickly even though it was completely full. Without a doubt a more than interesting option if you get caught buying in the mall, come back!

Todo genial la verdad! Estuvimos justo antes de navidad, por lo que tuvimos que hacer un poco de cola (lógicamente), pero no se hizo larga, iba rápido. La comida muy buena, recomiendo las hamburguesas, y el trato también estupendo! I have known this department store since it was built. I used to work not very far away and we used our break to have a cup of coffee there and browse. It has changed for the worst really. I cannot understand because there are lots of waiters. Also the dishes are a mix of everything that in the end does not please anybody. This time it was even worse. We sat at the bar so that we could have a quick lunch. Waitresses came up and down but we had to call them twice to take our order fir drinks, two more the order for food and two more in order to pay! And when they finally look at us they ask us: what did you have?

Very satisfied with the food. Cafeteria is up on the 8th floor of the Corte Ingles in Pamplona. Take the elevator, not the escalators. I just ordered the tuna sandwich with fries and salad. Also had a cana of beer and cafe con leche. Total came to about 13 euros. I was the only foreigner there. Not sure whether non Spanish speakers could get by. The place was understaffed the night I came, with one waitress handling tables that would ordinarily require two waitresses. It took a while for me to be given the menu, but after I placed my order, the food arrived in about five minutes. Waitress was very nice but overwhelmed.

Like many tourists who are often ready to eat before the time when Spanish restaurants reopen, this amazing department store offers a most dependable option for hungry, weary sight-see-ers. But many a local also dine there. Beer on tap comes in an enormous mug for 3.5 E. and does a great job to rehydrate the tired grumpy tourist. We loved the fresh fish options which were cooked to perfection: salmon, sea bass, octopus, squid. Big salad bowls available at one price to load up with 6 or more different mixtures. I had a huge baguette stuffed with smoked salmon, cucumber and spinach/greens for 6 E. Best priced gelato around: 3 large different scoops for 4.5 E. This was our third Ingles meal, an...
