While the homemade Tiramisu was as you expect Tiramisu, airy, but perhaps a little less sweet than usual, which is not bad, Dessert has especially the so-called. Normalerweise finde ich das Bruderherz sehr schön und ich habe dort oft gut gegessen. Deswegen habe ich mich auch sehr auf das Silvester Menü gefreut. Leider hat es den Erwartungen nicht entsprochen. Die Hummerbisque war belanglos. Ich musste darauf aufmerksam machen, dass auf meinem Teller der Kaviar vergessen wurde. (Im übrigen kein echter Kaviar) Der zweite Gang: Raviolo mit Burrata und Trüffel war geschmacklich dafür sehr gut, leider hat man die Burrata aber vergeblich gesucht. Es handelte sich wohl nur um die Füllung und die drei Blättchen Trüffel wirkten sehr rationalisiert. Das Rinderfilet war an diesem Punkt in erster Linie etwas sättigend.
