Britannia Inn - Carte

We’ve visited the Brittania at least once a month for the past year or so. The food is consistently excellent and the service really friendly and attentive. It’s now one of our firm favourites!

First time here as I was visiting family in the area so we were a group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Nice location and an old rustic pub building, good parking access. The food and service was exceptional. Will absolutely return. The seafood was...awesome.

Called in here with a group of friends for lunch after a dog walk around Cwm Ivy. Welcomed and catered for 6 of us. I opted for the beef and ale pie, made with local Gower Gold. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely make a trip here to...eat, you won't be disappointed Voir le carte

after a beautiful walk in the nature reserve whiteford erupted. what a beautiful location and location. we sat in the garden on the back with wonderful view over the reserve. eating, personal and service were before location plus dog friendly, which was great. plus for us.

The meal was totally underwhelming and the lamb was very small portions. There was no salt lamb on the menu as it isn’t the season. Maybe this should have been stated in the email or website. Setting is beautiful, but for a big celebration it...just was as I say underwhelming.

sat with my wife for Sunday dinner, based on the fantastic reviews we had seen. in fairness the service was good. really nice young waitress. the food was in order, but certainly not to write home. we had both roasts, my lamb and I bark, and eating was plentiful and not insulting, only nothing special. very ordinary pub farewell. we visited this restaurant 12/5/22. the reservation in restaurant was for 7.45 clock our order was 40 minutes later my husbands supper did not arrive. I finally asked how long the starter will be. it was obvious that the order had not been placed. I asked if there was a problem “No” the answer was, but what did they order? the truth would not have done that better, but admitting the error would have helped.

This Pub comes with a great reputation for food and we were not disappointed. The pub offers a fine range of bar meals but also a varied specials board. All of which is reasonably priced. The food however the service was excellent. I had...the pulled pork bap with crackling and perfectly cooked chips whilst the wife had the pan fried sea bream which was stunning. We will definitely be back when we are down again to stop off for the perfect pint food on our wander about the stunning Gower

While on a four night holiday break we booked a table based on the trip advisor positive reviews, we were not disappointed. As you enter the bar you feel welcome and the atmosphere is relaxed. This is a family friendly village pub which offers casual...bar meals or a nice restaurant, many families enjoyed just a drink. There is a good selection of beers and wines available too. There is a bar menu or you can eat in the restaurant, as we did. Two courses costs £20 and three courses £26. There is also an excellent choice on the special board where you might find some unusual dishes. Off the beaten track but worth finding. Voir le carte
