"Went for business breakfast. Only one other table in use, feels more bar, than bistro like. Front door feels like a fire exit. Decals on facade all peeling so it creates a scruffy . Upstairs there was more atmosphere in the cookery school and the bathrooms are really smart. Great service but food presentation disappointing ...omelette just presented in pool of brown water on a plain white plate, avocado and poached egg in two separate piles on slice of processed white bread, similarly smoked salmon piled up on slice of white bread. I wouldn't take a potential client there.. might be better in the evening..."

We attended Brigade for Breakfast. The food was fine but it took far too long for it to be served. This needs to be sorted out as the restaurant wasn't even that busy.

The food was excellent, especially the Tempura oyster mushrooms and the chicken. Appropriate price list and excellent service. Overall it was a very pleasant evening and we will continue to be regular. One of our favorite restaurants in London.

Very enjoyable dinner. Food was very good and the service too. Good choices on the menu and the kitchen coped well with a food allergy. The wine list is changing so we had a reduced selection of bin ends. Not an issue, we had a couple of bottles of a very nice red at a very reasonable price. Recommended!

Have been to the Brigade Bar and Restaurant a few times now and it always a great choice. Lovely food, very well presented and good value. It's also great that you can feel as if you are really contributing to social enterprise as well as having a lovely night out they are really focussed on giving people a new chance with great training and it really seems to work.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive when we arrived and were very flexible as we waited for a member of the party to arrive. The food was very well presented and flavoursome, and pretty good value. I would recommend this place for business as well as casual lunch and dinner because of the range of dishes. The menu covered good quality 'light bites ' to a slap up dinner option. All round very enjoyable.

Whilst the food was good there was no joined up thinking about food allergies having requested gluten and dairy free for other courses my sorbet turned up in a plate of crumbled brownie with a biscuit on the side! The restaurant wasn't busy and the service was a bit sporadic. When the bill came it has 3 miscellaneous breakfasts on it and they had no idea of how to deal with a gourmet Club card. They have a great policy of helping the homeless, apprenticeships etc but it felt in need of a strong hand at the helm. We will go back and give it another go as we'd like to support them. Fingers crossed!
