Eventually, we were seated at a table in the children's area, but the staff member from the play area was loudly venting about her terrible day to all the customers. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and excessively greasy. I definitely won't be returning. I also felt bad for the guests waiting in line at the door; I hope they had a better experience than we did.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant during my visits to a nearby attraction while staying at the attached Premier Inn. Both aspects fell short of my expectations. The breakfast was nearly cold, definitely below the safe temperature for food at a buffet. Additionally, the bar service in the evening was understaffed and quite slow. I won’t be returning. I have been three times and every time the service is a shambles. The last time we were there we waited over an hour for desserts. I got a refund, packed up all our stuff to leave with our kids and on the way out or deserts turned up. The food is ok and the place is nice. It's a shame about the service.
