"Decided to go to Heathside for lunch, we are regulars Arrived was advised by man at the bar to find a table and take a seat, Found an area that looked relatively clean, Dirt and yesterday's food on the floor under the table, Table a little sticky, chairs very tired, I feel the place needs a good clean and an update. Table already had knife and fork with a serviette on it. Looked at the menu, made our way to the bar ordered meal and drinks at the bar, Returned to table with our drinks, Food arrived nice food, fish was much smaller than its picture, we had to remind the waiter to bring bread and butter, I did ask for another drink while they gave us our food, but that never arrived, Finished food and drink so made our way out of the restaurant, no Thank you or and goodbye from today's staff. Luckily it's very cheap and we had a voucher, because I feel full price was not justified at this restaurant."

Went with the family for new year's, took them a while to sort out allergies but the curry was nice and staff were friendly

Found this place and thought good value for money. The manager Paul was very nice and looked after us very well. Cheap drinks as well.

I was served by a young lady called Holly who I want to mention as she was so friendly to me whilst I had a drink and I heard her working the tables and she was so polite to everyone that came in. So nice to see someone happy and helpful at their workplace!

Excellent service , delicious food and such good value. We had a Festive Menu booked for 13 diners and Tasha our young waitress was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for her . I will certainly recommend this particular location to family and friends .

I got myself a full English breakfast and I have to say the breakfast here was fantastic. It was hot with lots of choice and cooked to perfection. The breakfast manager Paul was polite and made me feel very welcome and was nothing but helpful from start to finish. I will definitely be eating here again in the future.

John, Jack, Paul and Tony at this restaurant made our breakfast experience exceptional. From the warm welcome to attentive service, they went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations, and ensured our orders were perfect. Friendly smiles and prompt service made the morning delightful. We truly appreciate the dedication and hospitality – a five-star experience all around!

The pub has a very welcoming ambience and the customer service is amazing. Four lovley young staff (Danielle, Callum, Charley, and Emma) always greet their customers with a smile and are not irritable when faced with issues. They deserve a 5 star rating! Although, the place needs a clean up. The toilets are kept clean, so I'm not sure why the seating areas and bar are tacky. The food is not wow-ing, however it is a pub so I did not expect any better than what I revieved. Also soft drinks are a little pricey. Overall, it is your standard pub but with great customer service and friendly staff.
