I waited more than an hour and my food didn't come we definitely gave them our order and it just didn't come 1 star absolute rubbish

Had a lovely meal with the family this evening. Friendly atmosphere. Team went above and beyond (we had a toddler with us) James was brilliant, friendly and made us all laugh especially the children. Thank you from us all.

The whole team are a lovely bunch. Service was quick and all the meals were cooked to perfection. Not a big reviewer but we're so impressed with our visit that it deserved one. Thank you to Andy, Jake, Chanelle and the rest of team for having us. Voir le carte

Lovely return visit. We came on saturday, and although the restaurant was incredibly busy, we were seated promtply. Queue at the bar and wait for food was longer than average but there was nothing but smiles and attentive service from the team. Food great and worth the wait.

I was staying in the Premier Inn next door and ate in the restaurant over 2 nights. The staff were all great and made sure everything was ok. Wallis and Shanelle were really helpful and friendly. You could see they wanted to provide brilliant customer service. Thanks and well done!

Visited on a very busy Saturday during carnival for food and drinks- couldn’t fault it. Matt and James very welcoming both on the bar and when we came in, lovely lady can’t remember her name also came and checked on us. Such a lovely atmosphere and staff all smiles as always but it was lovely to see them all enjoying the carnival vibe too. Voir le carte

We dined here on the evening of Boxing Day which was a lot less busier than I had expected. Our meals were nicely cooked and served cheerfully by the staff. I had anticipated an average offering but the food we had was definitely above average, helped on by the friendliness of our waiter waitress. We shall dine here again next time we are staying in the area.

Quality of food average , presentation , below average, service, poor. The ‘manager’is not at all customer orientated and acts like it’s a fast food joint , needs retraining . I will avoid premier inn for future visits as this isn’t a one off and I can get a much bette service at the Bear Inn or Mullians in street for the same price range , Shane as the hotel a staff here are lovely .

Went for lunch with family.Ordered meals off the new festive menu.Decided on the festive burger with Roast potatoes instead of fries.It was the best pub lunch we've ever had.The burger was lovely.It came stacked with sausage bacon and cranberry mayonnaise in a brioche bun.The roast potatoes were absolutely amazing very tasty with a lovely cooked round the meat flavour.Sherry trifle and a caramel baileys cocktail to follow. Couldn't have asked for a better meal. It was all just delicious . Voir le carte
