very nice warm and welcoming but not suffocating, open kitchen, very kind and competent managers, simple dishes but perfect with local ingredients of very first quality, honest prices. too many superlatives perhaps, but if it were for me all the restaurants should be like this.

Let's start with the barrel. the corn that indicates the dishes with refined savoir faire and matching the suitable wine. Let's see how the evening goes. It couldn't be better. appetizers to simply share fabulous. We're not talking about the first. fragrance, fragrance and excellence of the territory enclosed in a dish. and after reaching the state of pure satoll we pass to the triumph of the goto with an ice cream on incredible pistachio cream. I was so happy to have dinner at Bramante. The courtesy of service and food are superlative. Everything is done in the house, from pasta to bread! Spend the love for the kitchen for the ingredients and for the commensali. Considered all this the price we paid (55euro in two) for an infinite selection of appetizers, two first coffee and desserts is just low. The staff is little and you give a lot to do, so don't expect the speed of fast food. Here you but already calmly, you appreciate the food and the people with whom you are at the table. Bravo!
