"We were very excited to come here as we heard very good things about the food. The restaurant is beautiful however as an english family we were made to feel very unwelcome and ignored. We order 3 half chickens which they forgot to bring out and when they did our potatoes were cold. The chicken was mainly bone and hardly any meat."

"La comida está buena (he probado mejores y peores), sin embargo el servicio no nos gustó nada. La camarera que nos atendió era bastante antipática. A mi amiga casi que le tiraba el plato y los vasos por no acercarse a donde estaba ella a servirlo, yo la llame educadamente para pedirle unas bebidas y me hizo un gesto poniéndome mala cara diciendo que me esperase que me sentó bastante mal. No sé si es que estaba ese día sobrepasada (porque habían dos cumpleaños grandes) o que su actitud normalmente es esa, pero está claro que lo suyo no es trabajar de cara al público. A las chicas de la mesa de al lado les trajo una pizza la cual no habían pedido y ellas le dijeron que esa pizza creían que no era la que habían ordenado, a lo cual respondió “es la pizza que pediste o no porque si no me la das”, de muy mal tono. Se retrasaron también en traer los platos principales casi 1h tras haber comido los entrantes. Una última cosa, mis amigas se quejaron de que los tagliatelli eran exageradamente anchos. "I drove in from out of town with my kids and to start our vacation we picked Craft Burgers on google maps based on food options and good reviews. The service was fast and the food looked great but one bite of my burger had me immediately spitting it out into a napkin. It had such an off taste. I asked the kids if theirs tasted normal and my one son said it was delicious and the other two were luckily too full from the appetizer because my son ended up having food poisoning and spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom. The quality of the appetizer wasn’t good either. The cheese and the chili tasted like it came from a can. I paid $90 for an appetizer, 4 burgers and 4 waters. I still left a nice tip because it wasn’t the servers fault and she did a great job. I’m glad my son is doing better today so we can enjoy the rest of our vacation but I’m never going back to Craft Burgers when we visit Chesapeake again."
