after a walk to the beach and back with friends we took coffee away. americana and cappuccinos week and taste is missing. will not be back.

after ordered eating, the family was almost half an hour on eating with hot drinks cold. After we checked the progress of our meals and let them know that it was quite long ago, it was obvious that our food was sitting on the table. the counter inappropriate. the waitress then brought the food down and had a very bad attitude and said that she smiled when she left that it was only 20 minutes. our drinks were cold, and the experience made a bad taste in our mouth. poor.

Myself and my two kids went to the portstewart one this evening, as per usual the cutlery was disgusting so i took it back the one of the staff to get clean ones, another member of staff asked was i looking for something and told them that the cutlery was filthy and whole tub of it was dirty. They then took all the cutlery away to maybe to wash it. They brought me back fresh cutlery but it was as bad as the first ones even the drinking glasses where dirty. This place need a deep clean and new glasses and cutlery. I wonder what behind the kitchen is like and even where the bins come onto the footpath the dirt is horrendous. Called in today. Ordered £30 worth of food. This included 3 kids hotdog meals. The hotdogs came served in a quarter of a roll. YES you did read that right, a QUARTER of a roll. The sausages were hanging out of the miserable piece of...bread roll being served. So insulting to children! I also ordered two curry chips. They came served in tea cups!!! Two good fork fulls. When I raised the issue with a male member of staff he didn't want to know saying nothing to do with him. So I spoke to the chef. He tried telling me that it was a kids size portion! God love his kids is all I can say. He did however apologise and explain that he's doing as instructed. Never again will I buy a meal of any kind...
