"After I was totally impressed by the Block House in Hamburg, we drove to Bielefeld today. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. My meal was good, although as a woman I eat less, I had a starter and main course and could have eaten something else. My husband had an onion soup that was only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the idea of offering a drink as compensation or discounting the price of the soup didn't come up. His main course was 2 mini medallions, and so few side dishes that he was still hungry even after the starter and main course. We then gave each other dessert. But with a bill of €90.00, it's super sad that you don't even leave full."

Is that supposed to be the manager in the branch? Nose up and customer unfriendly. I'll never enter this store again while she's there. It's better to disappear before the customers all disappear. Unfriendly and arrogant. Never again!!!
