Whilst on holiday, visited this pub as its the only one close to our accommodation. We were hungry as we hadn't eaten all day; so ordered starters main courses. Both bland tasteless very overpriced. Voir le carte

Great little welsh pub. The man who served us was polite, attentive and helpful. The food was exceptional and the portion sizes were very generous. We would be sure to visit again, when we are next in the area.

I made a last-minute reservation and the restaurant was very busy, so there was a bit of a wait for our food. However, the staff were incredibly polite and apologetic. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth the wait!

Quite pleasantly surprised as we called in from New Quay on the way back to our caravan in Borth. It is about 9 miles south of Aberystwyth this place. Greeted nicely, very clean, good food choice, dog friendly and excellent food quality big plates. Good cider too. Really good. Voir le carte

We had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant during our stay in the area. The food was the best we've had in a long time and my partner raved about their steak, claiming it was the best he's ever had. The staff were friendly, helpful, and worked with professionalism.

I have visited this restaurant a few times while staying in the village, for drinks, lunch, and dinner. It is a great local spot serving delicious pub food. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wish there was a bit more variety in local/real ales, but that is just a personal preference!

Great pub with good food, very dog friendly. We had a drink here on our first night, everyone was very helpful and friendly and our dogs were most welcome. We came back the following night and sat out in the garden on a lovely warm summer evening. My wife had two starters instead of a main, cheesy garlic bread and breadcrumbed camembert. Both were excellent and good size portions. I had chilli con carne with chips, a good sized portion and tasty but not chilli hot or even warm. I understand that it is difficult to suit everyone's tolerance to chilli hot foods but there should be some tingle on the lips and tongue. Hence the 4 star and not 5 Voir le carte
