Always an interesting choice of food at a sensible price in the centre of Hereford Parking: Parking is available at local authority car parks. Feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed, we decided to order scones. Once again, the server had to clarify our order multiple times, which made it seem like she wasn't really paying attention. As she finished processing our order, she started assisting an impatient customer behind us before we even had the chance to leave with our order. She completely ignored us without even a thank you. It's disappointing that I waited so long to visit this place, especially with all the positive reviews suggesting a different experience. There are plenty of coffee shops in Hereford, many of which offer much better customer service than what we encountered here. I'm very let down. Everyone can have an off... Voir le carte
