Arrived and were completely ignored for over 10 minutes whilst stood at the door. Tried to get the attention of a waitress and was eventually waved away incredibly rudely after she prioritised cleaning numerous tables before acknowledging us. We ended up leaving without eating as a result.

Had a quick business lunch at the Hammersmith Bill’s and it was pretty nice for a lunch. Being a chain, you cannot expect too much, it delivers what it promises: down-to-earth atmosphere and food. We went for some hummus and halumi starters, followed by Bill’s Chicken Shawarma and it was a tasty, fresh one. Quick service, fair prices. Safe ber

Dreadful customer service. No greeting when I entered the restaurant, no words at all when I asked for a table for one, and then to top it off, was then told when trying to place an order that I could only order a hot drink as no food was being prepared at that time, and not until 9am. No apology, nothing at all as I left the restaurant. Customer service at its worst. Voir le carte

As per the more recent reviews we also experienced a very long wait at the door Despite pre booking weeks in advance. Took over 15 mins to get seated at our table and another 10 mins for our drinks order. Feel the place is very under staffed. I did feel for the poor staff who were trying their best, but a few more pairs of hands would of made a difference. Food was average when arrived nothing to shout about. Wouldn’t rush back.

Rude staff and management who were more interested in their phones than serving customers . Poor attitude from the staff we encountered and management seemed to let them do whatever they wanted. Our food was good but our experience was ruined by the attitude of staff members who looked like they didn’t want to be there and had no idea of how to speak to customers. Long waits between us sitting down at our table to staff taking our orders to our food coming out because they were constantly on their phones. Because of this we would not return.

Turned up twice during our stay in Hammersmith. Both times without reservations (don’t be disappointed! This is a popular place so book ahead! . Luckily we were early enough to get a seat. My wife and I each had the full breakfast (on Saturday, it’s a brunch so a bigger serving . Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were families there with small kids so a great mix of customers. Only comment is that both times we ate there, the food was not as hot as I’d like it…it wasn’t cold, just could have been warmer. Voir le carte
