What a fantastic pub, super friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, locals happy to chat and just a lovely friendly atmosphere, food was great and well priced, I highly recommend you visit the Beehive

Honestly couldn't tell you what is worse, the food, the service or the atmosphere. They were fixing furniture while we sat down for our (booked) meal. The burgers were pretty much Mcdonalds standards, the lasagne was the worst lasagne we've ever experienced. Voir le carte

Traditional menu I chose Cumberland sausage and chips my wife had the haddock. Both lovely meals . Service was excellent . Had some Reservations after reading some reviews but can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed . Also this is a very dog friendly pub which was a bonus. I can thoroughly recommend stopping here for meals .Thankyou for the dog snacks too.

My daughter and I called in for lunch we both had the Sunday roast it was absolutely gorgeous meat was super tender proper roasties and yorkshire puds plenty of gravy (proper tasty gravy )creamy mash and vegetables. Reasonably priced decent portion .The Beehive is a lovely friendly pub brilliant staff excellent choice of drinks good food nice atmosphere.

When we arrived we were quickly seated and had menus on the table. Drink order was taken and food ordered soon after. There was a little bit of a wait but there were a few tables in so expected. Food was tasty we had Sunday lunch and two kids meals. Food reasonably priced.some of the waiting staff were new so had to check a couple of things but were friendly and polite throughout. For a drink in the beer garden is lovely, kids love the park. However the food is absolutely diabolical, my “home made” lasagne was microwaved as was the pie. The kids burger was stale and honestly disgusting. They refused to eat it! We also got nachos and pulled pork. The cheese was absolutely vile and looked like it was from a can! The pulled pork was cold and undercooked. The food was honestly absolutely disgusting! However like I said, the beer garden is fine to have a drink in with kids.

My buddy and I rolled up to grab a drink and check out the round table at 11:45 am. Since the pub was closed, we figured we 'd visit the table first and come back for some grub. Just as we were about to set off on our quest, one of the staff practically flew out of the door like a caffeinated bat and told us, You can 't park here! —without even asking what we were up to. Apparently, the entire car park was reserved, so we left to find a new spot. Fast forward to 2:00 pm, and we cruised by again, only to see the car park still emptier than my fridge after a long weekend. We were just minding our own business, but we got hit with more attitude and judgment than a high school prom queen.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early tea before a long drive home after our holiday. We chose this place because it was dog friendly. The food was amazing all home style meals and huge portions, was disappointed they no longer did dog meals until our food came out and we realised we had more than enough to share with the dog. And very reasonable prices for the size and quality of the meal. Lovely big play area for children with lots of ride on toys as well. Staff where friendly I did read a couple of reviews that said there was a long wait for food, this was not the case and the wait times a very in line with what you'd expect for freshly prepared meals, if you want fast food and small potatoes...
