Beach Grill At Mandalay Bay

Perfection has been achieved in this establishment! The pork was delectable, as was the c. The sangria was the perfect balance of wine, fruit, and not too sweet. Service was impeccable, speedy and helpful. We enjoyed the artistic ambiance. One only has to look up at the ceiling to feast your eyes on the fantastic and vibrant art above.

Came at lunch time, didn't have a reservation but we were seated promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed all the flavors from the appetizer to the entree. The servers are very attentive and offer suggestions on ordering. Not the typical menu choices which make this an opportunity to dazzle your palette with something new and tantalizing. Happy Customer, and I'm picky!

Brunch at Border Grill serves delicious unlimited small plates for a reasonable price. I typically stay away from all-you-can-eat restaurants, because usually the quality of food is lacking or it's overpriced. My kid wanted Mexican food while in Vegas though, and Border Grill did not disappoint. Tried most of the dishes offered. Favorites were the breakfast taco, chicken and waffle, and barbacoa benedict. Will definitely be coming here again.

Stopped by for a late dinner right before closing and glad I dined here! The Al pastor tacos were very filling and flavorful! Highly recommend this! The chips and salsa trio was good as well and very huge portion! My favorite sauce was the green one as it was more flavorful and tart! My friend ordered the chicken tortilla soup and that was disappointing. It was very dry almost like tomato paste and she said it was bland. She also ordered the shrimp tacos and she devoured it! She really enjoyed the tacos!

Always a great stop when at Mandalay food is delicious...priced well (for Vegas)...and staff are always great. It is a bit of a hike but if you're willing to drop in for dinner it's worth your while! The only thing that is hit or miss is their margaritas. Very lime heavy and too light on the agave. Their blood orange one is better balanced however so I recommend going that route. Tortillas are homemade and top notch. All their meats are super flavorful and juicy. Favorites: Ribeye steak Spicy shrimp Quesadillas with chicken Slow roasted pork Plantain empanadas Honestly, you can't go wrong with just about anything on the menu!

I've been wanting to eat here for YEARS! After seeing it on The Chef Show, I've been dying to try this place. And last week we finally made it to Vegas and to the Border Grill at Mandalay Bay. It does NOT disappoint! Every single one of us had our minds blown and our taste buds singing. The member of our group who had never heard of this restaurant, had the best steak nachos in his entire life. My mate had the best gluten free chile relleno in his life, and I had the most amazingly delicious diablo cauliflower tacos. Quality/Quantity Chips Salsa Trio I really enjoyed two of the three salsas. And my guest actually enjoyed the third one, win win! The waiter offered to refill our chips, but we declined as we did not want to over eat and ruin our dinner. Seafood Enchiladas Good. I can tell the tortillas were cooked with lobster or shrimp flavored water, sauce? The texture of the tortillas threw me off. We made reservations for the Border Grill before a show at Mandalay Bay. I was eating with a person of Mexican descent so I was interested in her opinion as well. The menu had tacos, enchiladas, steak, seafood, and some vegetarian options (unfortunately they were out of two of them). We started with house fried tortilla chips with three salsas (tomatillo, chili de arbol, and a sweeter salsa of some kind. I am very serious about Border Grill's all you can eat tapas brunch. Before booking my hotel, airline tickets, etc, I made sure I had a reservation to our most favorite place in Vegas to ensure we could eat there! Seriously...true story. It's only held on Saturday and Sunday and I'm not sure how I would cope being in Vegas and not eating here.
