I have been going here for years, even had one of my Christmas work meals here. The guys are so accommodating, friendly and do a fab job. I have tried most curries on the menu. Food is really good and I would recommend a meal here.

I absolutely loved my experience and I can't wait to return! We dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between £20 and £30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Garlic Naan and Chicken Pakora!

I went there last night and, as usual, had an amazing experience! The coworkers are awesome, and they handle any issues that come up extremely well. The food is incredible, and everything they serve is top-notch. I did encounter a minor issue with another table, but the staff addressed it promptly and professionally. This place is definitely one of the best in Stoke-on-Trent, which is why I’m giving it a well-deserved 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the chicken tawa—it was absolutely fantastic! We visited Basmati as a family of five, including three children aged four and a half. The staff was excellent—friendly and accommodating. The food was perfect; the kids left absolutely nothing on their plates! I was defeated by the chicken phaal, which was incredibly delicious, but I had already filled up on the lovely appetizers, poppadoms, and dips. When it came time for dessert, they had run out of one of our choices, but they went the extra mile to get the ingredients and made it for us! The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. We had a wonderful family dinner. Many thanks to everyone at Basmati!
