simple but nice local, excellent wine selection, helpful staff and friendly, delicious food and also chosen for those who do not eat meat like me. discovered today and I was really satisfied, I will definitely return .

a wonderful discovery in the heart of Rome. bard is undoubtedly one of the most innovative restaurants I've been to, the exceptional staff (mirk and christian especially) manages to make you feel at home. We'll be back without a doubt. tomato, blackberries and exceptional basil. Voir le carte

unique, to try after almost a year of waiting, at the first occasion of passage to roma we went to try this cuisine that intrigued so much. the wait has been repaid, the dishes are unique and the experiments always well balanced. we highly recommend to try it, it is a mixture of traditional cuisine in contemporary key and with a little madness.

Minimal lunch menu, which guarantees the quality of the ingredients and care in the preparation of the courses. friendly, prepared and courteous staff. We were coupled with a wheelchair and a baby of years and we were fine. the chef has made a small variation on a range of the menu to meet the needs of the child. we will come back to try the dinner menu!

very kind staff. we ate two first and two seconds, all well executed but did not excite me the palate. the sweets not (those we tried,) the sponge bread with ricotta and apricots too dry and without goto. the pistachio and mascarpone better, but all too fat wine paper very particular with a lot of choice of French wines bread with oil that lead to the very good start despite some doubt, I will return to try the rest. extremely interesting locality for a never banal kitchen though with some imperfections resulting from an excess of east such as wasabi in the squid to lettuce, excess soy in the angel's hair. a speech aside then for the list of wines, exclusively natural, not only Italian, but organized in an esoteric way, impossible to decipher without the wise and always ready help of any of the staff. offered by the son for whom I can not pronounce on the price/quality ratio.

I love this place, they deserve a michelin star.
