I've just had a delicious meal here. Best nan bread I've tasted I think they must make it themselves. The mint chicken, on the house specials section of the menu was excellent; it's a dish I've never tried before, but I'm glad I was adventurous. Voir le carte

Excellent authentic Indian food. Really tasty. Owner was lovely and accommodating. The waiter was super friendly and throughly checked to see if we were eating well. Lovely place and would highlight recommend visiting if you want a great dinner on the island.

worst meal I had. put them up where it was cold, wore my coat for the duration. it took a long time to take order, then waited over an hour for food that arrived in stages and was cold. the waiters were ignorant and unwilling....always fight when busy, sad last time we will come here.

what a nice cozy, friendly Indian restaurant with delicious meals. I had lamb dansak, which was spicy with melt in her mouth lamb. the aloo gobi was delicious and chicken tikka masala spot on. fab garlic bread. they have no license to make theirs. bring your own alcohol. well impressed Voir le carte

I tried Bahar for the first time and I have to say it's the best Indian food I've had in Cowes! I ordered a takeaway and it arrived earlier than expected, still very hot which was fantastic. I would rate it 10/10, the chicken was incredibly tender and delicious, I would definitely order from here again!

We came from London and were accustomed to delicious South Asian cuisine, but this restaurant was definitely one of the best I have experienced. The food is freshly prepared to order, evident in the flavors of all the starters, snacks, sauces, and breads. The owners and staff are also very friendly. Anyone looking for authentic aromas and flavors would not be disappointed here.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! We came here for my father's birthday and shared the short lamb dish between the four of us and it was delicious. Every bite was bursting with incredible flavor and the presentation was also fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be coming back again. We returned for my brother's birthday and once again had an incredible dining experience. We love this place and are always happy every time we visit. Voir le carte
