I decided to use this opportunity to try badger co, which offered a two-course lunch for £10. the new edinburgh bar and eat is located in the old home of wind in the willows autor Kennth grahame, and this is appreciated in its name and artwork. bad co serves bistro style British eating in a cool environment. with the choice of two curses I ditched the appetizers for dessert, not that the appetizers don't sound tempting, but I just can't say no to pudding! both I and my friend ordered the same meal, escaped the beginning of the cool weather of autumn we were in the need of comfort eating and so burger and chips it was. the “Chargrilled borders beef burger” was very tasty, I ordered mine with cheese and it came with all circumcisions. the fresh garden chips were chunky and crispy and the associated diving sauce was also beautiful. dessert was “Chocolate and orange cake” and was delicious! a sponge cake with wimpers from rich chocolate and orangencomonate sat on a trace of crushed cookies, the aromen were very similar to a jaffa cake, but much more raised. we enjoyed our lunch at badger and co, and got a good deal with the edinburgh festival, the burger is in the rule £10,50 so we got in the grunde dessert free. the usual prices are reasonable enough, but so they don't have to wait to visit next october! Booked a table in advance and it did not disappoint. Very nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Haggis fries, burger and steak of the day were all very nice and cooked as was asked. We had some lovely cocktails to go with the meal as well. Highly recommend.

A beautiful setting with fantastic food and very warm/accommodating staff. A perfect family fine dining experience for us and yet plenty of couples also enjoying a more sophisticated drinks and dinner experience. We saw the private dining space on the way down to the WC, definitely worth thinking about for a special occasion.

a breakfast review was a first for me and I had positive dinge about badger co. before visiting this morning. the signature pub group spent a cool £1.35m to give this former office block on the castle street a swank makeover, and first impressions suggested that the money was spent well – but will the eating live up to the intelligent interior design job?

amazing restaurant! we had a nice lunch today. the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the best part was eating! everything was delicious and cooked for perfection! the menu is very diverse and also suitable for vegetarians. by far the best I had in Scotland. let them dessert a room as they are heavenly. all in all we had an amazing time and could not recommend it enough.

we went to dinner after badger and co and we were so satisfied with our experience. the first thing we noticed was the overall delightful atmosphere, noble look and unmistakable mood; and the fact that the personal ensured that we were cozy and well maintained. followed by eating carefully prepared and beyond all. we will definitely go back and can recommend this place as one that is not disappointed!
