Avus - Menu

There are only two restaurants worth to visit in Ingolstadt. Avus is one of them even though interior is quite boring.

I was not so thrilled being there and I could go back but only when they have these special menus, just to give it one more chance.

Attentive and friendly personnel, self service, nice choice, everything looked very fresh. We ended up here after the visit to the Audi museum.

You can have breakfast, lunch and brunch. There is also an offer of breakfast with a buffet which is not bad. The funny thing is that i found the sausages not good enough. The rest normal.

I’ve been there several times and I do not find the place and the products something special but it is good enough to go back. They used to habe a buffet breakfast which was actually a good deal.

I had a great lunch here for business and the food was fresh and tasty and the service was excellent. Ofcourse the price level is above average and a table reservation always helps but it is worth while a visit and nice eviroment with the...cars exhibited...

We went there for a Sunday Brunch with high expectations but were thoroughly disappointed. In the so called Buffet there was hardly any choice for people with Allergies( in our case Wheat). One of the three warm meals got over much before the closing...time and despite giving an unsolicited feedback to the Manager, nothing was done to appease. Never again!

I love these cafeteria type places in Germany. A great pick of traditional and modern foods for a decent price. Movenpick offers an array of salads, pizza, cooked foods, Asian dishes, and some traditional foods. I opted for the cheese noodles known as spaetzle. Fantastic...egg noodle dumplings in a rich cheese sauce. Cooks are on hand to whip up fresh food and they pump out a lot for Audi employees and visitors. It's also very vegetarian friendly. Beer and soft drinks are readily available, and for Euros you can get a pretty good lunch and a drink. The dining area is beautiful, and very fitting for Audi world. Went here for lunch after our factory tour and museum visit. While the selection is quite large and pretty good for a buffet style restaurant they do not have a very good selection for people with food allergies. My wife and I had to ask...repeatedly at each food station what was in the food. They have a listing of the allergens in the food at the entrance but that is of absolutely NO HELP when they don't have the same listings at the individual food stations! For a restaurant attached to a facility like Audi it was very, very disappointing and my wife had almost no food selection that addressed the most common allergies like wheat/gluten.
