Auberge Waterloo - Menu

very convenient location practically opposite the waterloo station. good wein. eating is ok (nähkern wow.) but a nice hangout after work.

Service and food was excellent. House wine was good. Would definitely recommend the sharing starter platters, we were all very happy and would love to visit again.

great location and eating and personal. but if we tried to add a tip to the bill they simply just tips in cash. they cannot add a tipp to the bill. few people have money so that the personal suffers. Note on properties.

we have sealed on the roof terrace with the heatings. although a wee bite is when a train passes past the route above, the restaurant is otherwise perfect. the terrace is covered and some (not all) have heating. eating is wonderful, but my favorite is the fish cake. (a night I had luck getting the last piece.) with other words, the fish cake is very popular. the chocolate dessert is also spectacular.

service is really good and u can use taste card / vouchercloud / codes etc, but eating is absolutely terrible. they are supposed to be known for muddling, but they ran out of muddling, so that I could only get a bad snuggle that I had in my life, especially considering that muddling in white wine and garlauch is not the most difficult dish in the world. just the reason I didn't give this one star because the service was superior just saving gnade!

beautiful small French bar and restaurant near waterloo. I chose the zitrushühnchen with salat and cousin. my meal was ok, the chicken was not very flavored at all, the cousin was a bit soggy, but the salat was beautiful. the personal was friendly enough, but did not really come back to ask if everything was in order. I tried several times to get someone's attention, as I needed a drink water, but at the end without having to go. the cosmopolitan was beautiful. about everything.

I would give this review 5 stars however, service charge is not added to the bill, which is pretty standard for a restaurant bill in London, 12.5%. We tried to add the service to our bill and pay with it via card payment as we...did not have cash. This was not possible! This is a disgrace. Given that the service industry is crying out for good staff, you should be giving customers the opportunity to tip your staff especially given current circumstances. I hope that you will change your stance on this

The restaurant is located directly opposite Waterloo mainline station. It is conveniently situated for the Old Vic theatre, and a short bus ride from London’s theatres. This was my first visit to this restaurant, the tables are well spaced, and the staff are extremely helpful,...and went out of their way to make us welcome without being intrusive. The menu has a great a selection of dishes both hot and cold and is very reasonably priced. We had 3 of the small plates to start which were excellent and the Salmon served with creamed spinach, and potato gratin. The Salmon was perfectly cooked, everything was freshly prepared, well presented and delicious.

On arranging to meet up at London Waterloo station a fabulous friend having not seen her for two years, I googled and found this restaurant bar was just a few minutes walk from the station. I booked, we got there early and had the warmest...welcome. Really friendly lady in charge, no pressure, no rush and she was intuitive that we really wanted a long overdue catch up. A couple G&Ts and the halloumi burger with fries we can confirm both the drinks and food was spot on. Great portion size and served with a smile. Other guests came in for drinks, a couple more tables for food, all received a friendly welcome. I’d recommend this place. I can imagine it’s popular as a after work place before cat...
