"I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago to celebrate a birthday with my partner. It was our second visit to the establishment, the first being in November 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The service initially started off well, with a warm greeting upon arrival, reminiscent of our first visit. However, as the evening progressed, the service from the wait staff deteriorated significantly. We had to actively signal for staff members, with only a 50% success rate in getting their attention. Despite ordering a second round of cocktails, they never arrived after a 20-30 minute wait, as it seemed we had been forgotten about. I eventually had to flag down a busy worker to request the bill and inform them to remove the second round of cocktails from our order. After promptly settling the bill, we decided to leave. It appeared that the restaurant was more relieved to see us go than to have another table to serve. It was evident that they were severely understaffed on a Thursday/Friday night - one would assume they would have enough help on a busy night like that. This second experience was a complete contrast to our first visit. I am unsure whether I will return in the future.
