My dear friends from Chiva have brought me to this restaurant many times. Go! And ask to visit the back to see how the paella is prepared on an open flame. Simply the best paella!

Hemos comido muy bien. La paella estaba espectacular aunque a nosotros personalmente no nos gusta tan aceitosa. Pero estaba muy buena. Recomendamos el vino Tienen en cuenta las intolerancias alimentarias Voir le carte

Las paellas diferentes que nos pedimos estaban buenísimas,los camareros muy simpáticos y serviciales .estuvimos muy a gusto.por que 4 estrellas en ambiente?por qué estábamos enfrente de una puerta que daba al exterior y cada vez que abrían.....que frío entraba !

La comida estupenda. Se nota que estaba en la guía Michelin 2020 y 2021. Se lo merece! Por fuera no se ve un sitio elegante, pero nada más entrar, ya ves que si. Nos pusieron 2 aperitivos de cortesía antes del entrante que pedimos. Es ideal para una ocasión especial. Volvería sin duda!

Es la segunda vez que como en esta arrocería. Excelente. Las entradas buenísimas, seguimos las sugerencias de la camarera y acertamos: setas, mollejas y timbal de sepia. Una muy agradable experiencia, en todos los sentidos. El trato y profesionalidad de los trabajadores estuvo y fue correctísimo, muy atentos en todo y sugiriéndonos una mejor experiencia culinaria. En cuanto a los platos, todos ellos muy elaborados con una presentación muy a conseguida y productos de primera calidad que nos hizo vibrar. Cabe destacar que nunca habíamos comido una paella tan buena. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo. Sin duda volveremos otra vez.

As for the setting, being in a line of industrial premises with views to the railway line (if you get a table at the terrace) must be as close to zero as one can be. So it is the cooking what fills the place. The paella is very good, not to be missed, but the great surprise were the starter dishes, of truly outstanding imagination, taste and workmanship. The finest roast beef (or similar) perfectly matched into a sort of a toast with other ingredients and amazing sauce, a wonderful salad made with squid cubes... We weren’t expecting to be in Chiva but when we did end up there it was recommended to us to go to Las Bairetas. We are so glad we did. Once we had sat down and they had our drinks attended to they brought us some small tasty nibbles. The sommelier had pointed us to a local wine that was delectable and showed off the uniqueness of the wines in the area. Next up: our entrada of grilled calamari accompanied by a puré of puerro onions and eggplant. It was eye-catching as well as delicious with a swirl of black squid ink on the plate. For our main dish they brought us a perfect arroz with duck and artichokes: The rice was al dente. There was just the right amount of socarrat. The duck was moist... Voir le carte
