"Amazing atmosphere that was eclipsed by super service and ridiculously tasty food! Each and every course, and we pretty much ordered everything on the menu, was perfectly executed. The blending of unexpected flavors all worked marvelously, resulting in one of the best meals we’ve had in all of Italy. Additionally, it was refreshing to see a thriving business run by young, motivated entrepreneurs. Highly recommended!"

First time in Fasano and thought we’d try this restaurant based on menu and reviews. Our experience did not disappoint. Food was fantastic and very good value for money.started with a selection of appetizers that for €12 each included 8 different generous appetizers. We didn’t realize and also ordered entrees so had too much food but it was all fantastic.

Really a Restaurant you can recommend! Good service good products, The only thing I was disappointed was the use of the eggplants! I know that the Apulien tradition is using them in parmigiana but the prep is huge, salting, taking the water out and frying them afterwards. So leave it away and take other fresh seasonable vegetable is a solution. The. Antipasti the meat was great, the selection of wine is excellent!

"We had such a lovely time here. It really is an experience, not just a meal. I’d say Michelin level. We did the 3 course tasting menu which was enough for us as there are great little dishes in between. The pasta was the best I had in Italy. And I’ll be dreaming of those arancini for a long time. Great wine offerings as well. Just to note you should tell them of any dietary restrictions when booking. The whole table needs to get the same dishes."

"Le stelle sarebbe state 5 se a fare la recensione fosse stato un amante della cucina gourmet ma purtroppo io sono un amante delle porzioni pantagrueliche e non del piatto ben servito, squisitissimo e prelibato ma che non mi sazia. Veniamo ad ogni modo alla recensione di questa 'galleria d 'arte del cibo '. Personale con attenzione al cliente impeccabile, varietà di scelta con il plus dei 'fuori menù ' scritti su una lavagnetta portatile come nei simpaticissimi ristoranti francesi, carta dei vini con solo l 'imbarazzo della scelta. Tutto perfetto e squisito anche nel finale con i dolci. Se cercate una cena romantica, di classe, con uno chef che sarà lieto, a fine pranzo di scambiare con voi graditissime chiacchiere sul cibo ed alcuni segreti, questo locale fa per voi, certo la qualità si paga ma non tanto quanto potreste immaginare, anzi... peccato che uno come me ha dovuto finire la serata nel peggiori dei modi, con lo stomaco che reclamava cibo ma ripeto: sono io quello sbagliato, il locale è PROMOSSO A PIENI VOTI."

"Made a reservation for 22:00. When we arrived all the tables were taken and they told us our table will be ready soon in 5 minutes. We took a walk around the city and after 15 minutes not only were the tables still full, but there was also a group of people standing waiting for their table as well. We called the waitress once to ask about the situation and she ignored us, and the second time we called her she rudely made a gesture to wait one minute. Time was now close to 22:30 and the restaurant supposedly closes at 23:00. No point in sitting for 30 minutes, we left and ate someplace else. Can't have an opinion on the food but what good is it when the service is so bad you don't even have the chance to try it?"

"last night we stayed with friends in this braceria in fasano, we had already been last year, it is really very nice the outdoor environment where there is a beautiful lawn with olive trees and bulbs that create a picnic atmosphere. it is possible to get some very crispy pliers, roast meat like bombs, sausage, chicken wings, lamb. and other various types of meat. you can also eat chopping salad with meat and cheese you can also get an aperitif. there is the possibility to choose some types of wines is a dessert. Unfortunately, however, I must say that compared to last year there were changes the pliers were larger and you could choose type of pizza with various ingredients, now unfortunately you can only choose between three different types. carts coming with fries and a spit or two of meat. are too full of potatoes and little meat at the cost of eight nine euros. meat is good. . Average prices. we spent 123 euros in 6 people...20 euros per head."

"This amazing family run restaurant was only a few kilometres from where we were staying, but it would be well worth travelling further to eat there! We were made to feel welcome right from the start and the service was friendly and helpful throughout. We were impressed by the wide choice and selected beef and seared tuna with local almonds respectively, adding a skewer of potatoes and a platter of mixed grilled vegetables between us to complete the dishes. It was so good, we decided to have dessert ice cream and sorbet. Everything, including the wine by the glass and the coffee was excellent. A little Italian is useful, but you could get away without it."
