"Super! The spaghetti with clams with bottarga and pistachios is fantastic, it will make you want to return to this excellent restaurant often. All the starters are excellent, I recommend both the crudo (various fresh fish tartars) and the tapas (wonderful anchovies on polenta with caramelized onion). To conclude, it is really worth trying the creme brulee with strawberry topping (or mandarins, depending on the season), cut into very thin slices and caramelised. Generous portions. The food at Antica Ghiacceretta was exceptional. I had the seafood risotto and Irish steak. My friend had the risotto and Galician octopus. We could not fault either dish. Full of flavour, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. From the minute we walkthrough the door we were greeted by the friendly staff and made very welcome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. If you only eat out once in Trieste then this is the place to dine. Thank you
