goal is 5 stars are few, deserves at least 10. discovered by chance, we made a sensory journey with food, a flow more good than the other. prepared, courteous and helpful staff. one of these restaurants where you can come back.

great evening from beginning to end. my friend had rabbits and I had slowly boiled kalb both melting-in mouth delicious. other courses similar well, and service warm, efficient and unpredictable. there are many expensive weeping, but we had a cheap house that was good (not exceptional). dining experience through warm lighting and subtle background music. obviously not a household meal, but nevertheless a good value.

together with many Italian cities, viterbo has not opened many restaurants on Sunday evening, so we were relieved to find the enotria. a stylish interieur with many wine bottles and various plaques on weintrinkens put us on our lightness. The...Menu is not great, but had many interesting and somewhat unusual dishes to tempt the palate. we chose fried garnels on a cherries paste and a parmesan mill fowl, then both kanines were filled with potatoes and fennel. After consulting our weeping preferences, the waiter proposed a dunarobbia white that was absolutely perfect. all the dishes looked beautiful and tasted extremely good. we would go back in a heartbeat!

Nice place but not careful. we ordered, I asked an appetizer that never came because they didn't understand. the first delicious, the tortiglioni with shrimp and delicious crustaceans, the filling knew the sea, the fresh pasta, the right kitchen. the ancient tradition of risotto, they knew very little. the cut had not enjoyed, the mushrooms few compared to the meat and also these did not know to all the porcini. while the good owl cooked good l pairing with sauce. Here too they forgot the contour we asked. since the place at the end is beautiful should take extra staff even if the local was almost empty waiting times too long. prices are not related to quality

dinner with colleague in this very listed room (at least on trip). characteristic, with personality and a beautiful outdoor space. The menu is rich in proposals of the Vinegar tradition (interesting those on the game in my opinion). excellent wine card. we try: two turtles as a starter, then threaded and cut. two desserts to conclude. wines matched in an exceptional way by the young owner. total euro. the quality of food and advice is not discussed. what is not of excellence is service. distracted, careless and unprofessional waiters despite the kindness the level of sommelier and dishes (presented also very well) does not match with the service in the room. you can't bring water without bri...
