"Been going to wetherspoons since day one but got a gourmet sirloin steak not very tender ate half 3 strips left and a blob of half chewed left on the plate my jaws were aching went especially for the tues steak night, asked for a replacement steak couldn't get a replacement steak told its the same cut of meat it will be the same as the one l got does that mean every steak will be unedible, l said what if l got a medium wine or a £1.99 beer in its place..was offered chicken stripes or a sweet had a glass of wine especially along with my steak .had a duff steak before at wetherspoons in oban a few years ago waitress seen me having trouble cutting and chewing a steak everything OK she says; ma steaks a bit chuch, no problem got a new one the chef was hanging out the serving hatch asking if it was OK gave him the Thumbs up spent 5 days eating and drinking there when on holiday xlent a thought that would happen in this case so kept half ma wine to go with ma steak, expecting sorry about that sir we'll make you a new one, to get that response scunnered us, went to tesco bottle of merlot home to some mince l made earlier 1st time l had been out for nearly 5 weeks due to a chest infection that's going around fry my own next time."

Love the 3 small plates, love the January sale on it as well Those wee pizzas are great. Four drinks (2 of them doubles), 3 shots, 2 pizzas, 1 bowl of chips £32. It was a great stop off on our pub crawl.

The food at this restaurant was very delicious, especially the chips and curry sauce which I highly recommend. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the restaurant is bustling with customers. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

My friends and I went to the Rutherglen location of this restaurant owned by JD Wetherspoon and were delighted to find a good selection of vegetarian options. The Burrito bowl was amazing, filled with a variety of vegetables, beans, and greens. The five bean chili rice was also tasty. We highly recommend this restaurant!

This Wetherspoons is a little more upmarket. A long restaurant with very pleasant decor. Two full breakfasts of good quality came in at under £12. The chain is most certainly always good value for money. This deal included toast and tea or coffee with refills.Only complaint is the usual much joked about toilet arrangements. I unfortunately suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees. Stairs have become the enemy Like all other wetherspoons this one is no different . A large flight of stairs is involved.
