As an appetizer we had the yellow fin tuna tartar and the customs house blattsalat. then followed pappardelle with gorgonzola and the lammed Teriyake style. we had hazelnut porfait with blueberries and cream brûlée. what should I say? eating was the awesome! great kitchen performance, as was worked here with the textures and aromen. the lamb wonderfully tender, very fresh products, a yummie salad dressing, the hazelnut charfait totally flavored. I would never have been empty! We come back from this, you don't believe it!"
