I love the small, cosy, clean, simple and elegant restaurants at the same time, I mean... with an extra touch, almost accidentally discovered... I doubt we will be able to make it less! I admire and appreciate the courageous choice of a chef who decided to go “against” in an area where the mentality is linked only and exclusively to traditional dishes...
